英文原文：For the first time since 1970， a cardinal celebrated a Mass in Rome according to the so-called St。 Pius V rite， in Latin。 Cardinal Daro Castrilln Hoyos， prefect of the Congregation for Clergy said in his sermon:

“The rite known as that of Pius V cannot be considered extinguished。”

“This ancient Roman rite， therefore， preserves within the Church its right of citizenship within the plurality of rites， be these Latin or oriental。”
